• 1000 gms Carrot
  • 200 gms Ghee
  • 200 ml Sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 ml whole boiled milk
  • 5-6 Cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder.
  • 50 strands Spanish Saffron.
  • Almonds
  • Cashew nuts
  • Sultana Raisins

Take 200 gms ghee in a Kadhai (Deep frying Pan) and keep on Low flame.

Add 1 kg grated Carrot to it and stir well for 30 -45 mins on low flame.

Add sweetened condensed milk 200 ml, sugar 15 Tablespoons and regular boiled milk 100 ml.

Stir well and keep on low flame till it becomes pudding like thick.

Add cardamom, nutmeg powder, Spanish Saffron(dipped in milk for 5 mins) and stir.

Garnish with crushed Almonds, Cashews and Sultana raisin to Garnish.

Serve Hot and see the smiles on faces relishing it..:)

Make more variations by using pumpkin/potato/snake squash instead of Carrots..:)
