- 250 gms Chicken Mince (kheema)
- 20 cloves Garlic
- 1 Thumb size Ginger
- Salt
- 2 green chili
- 2 Onions
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 100 gms rice flour
- 1 tablespoon Corn flour
Make a paste of Garlic, Green chili, Ginger and marinade the mince for an hour.
Add a tablespoon of oil to a pan and put very finely cut onions.
Add the mince and cook for 10 mins.
Make a dough ball of the Rice flour and corn flour with some salt added to it.
Make small chapattis of the same and mould it as per the shape you want after filling in the cooked mince in it.
In a cooker add some water and steam the momo’s on low flame for 10 mins.
Serve with sauce or have it just like that..They always taste good.
For Veg momo’s, replace the chicken mince with finely chopped cabbage. Rest process is the same.
